A Sneaker Sneak Peak

When choosing the right sneaker, there are a few important factors to consider:

  • A running shoe does not mean an exercise shoe. Shoes are engineered for specific activities. 

  • Any old sneaker won’t “do for now” - worn out shoes are often the cause of injury. 

  • Not all shoes are not created equal. Make the investment- it will pay off in the long run.


Very often injuries are due to inappropriate gear. Worn out running shoes, wearing running shoes to cross train, wearing shoes that are not meant for your foot type. Have no Fear, I’m here to help

Below are some of my current picks for a range of activities, both in the gym and on the street. I added a popular, tried and true running shoe, but this rec comes with a caution.
