When choosing the right sneaker, there are a few important factors to consider:
A running shoe does not mean an exercise shoe. Shoes are engineered for specific activities.
Any old sneaker won’t “do for now” - worn out shoes are often the cause of injury.
Not all shoes are not created equal. Make the investment- it will pay off in the long run.
